Fall time in Ibiza restaurants is time of Pig slaughter and Santa Eulalia organizes, as usual, its Gastronomic festival based on pig-centric dishes, which will allow all visitors, enjoy a hearty menu of traditional Ibiza pork dishes for only 15 euros ( drinks excluded )

The festival involves some of the best restaurants in Santa Eulalia, Celler de Can Pere, El Naranjo, La Rambla, Sal Marina, Can Cosmi, Can Pep Salvador, Uttopia, Can Xarc, Celleret, El Nido, Es Terral and Skuma. The menus can be tasted between 20 November and 18 December, from Monday through Friday, lunch or dinner

Exquisite delicatessen typically Ibizan like the spicy red sausage ( sobrasada ), fried porc, black sausage ( butifarra ) and the tasty “arroz de matanzas” ( a dish based on rice, pork and spices ) don’t you miss the delicacies of the Island!
